In Loving Memory of Christopher Joseph Seifert

Christopher Joseph Seifert, 51, was born on March 2, 1975, and passed away peacefully at home on August 10, 2026.

Christopher was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, friend, and a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. His life was a testament to faith, humility, generosity, and love.

He was the beloved husband of Diane, whom he cherished deeply. He was a father to Breanna, Brayden, and Abby, and a loving stepfather to Diane’s daughters, Courtney, Stephanie (Tyler), and Mckenzie, whom he loved as his own. He was also a proud grandfather to Jasper and Adeline, who brought tremendous joy to his heart.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Diane; his mother, Marilyn; his brother, Robert, his wife, and their three children; his children and stepchildren; his grandchildren; and many family members and friends whose lives he touched. He was preceded in death by his father, Rick Seifert, who passed away in January 2024.

A hardworking and independent man, Christopher owned and operated his own full-service tree service. He was a manly man through and through—strong, capable, and someone who had his own style and his own way of doing things. Yet beneath that tough exterior was a truly tender and kind soul.

Christopher was humble, generous, silly, and blessed with a wonderful sense of humor. He wore his heart on his sleeve. He was the kind of man who would literally give someone the shirt off his back. If someone needed help, he didn’t just offer words—he showed up.

His faith in Jesus Christ was at the center of his life. Christopher inspired many people and helped countless men strengthen their faith, find their way back to God, and get back on their feet. He had a gift for reaching people and reminding them that they were not alone and that their lives could be changed.

Though he may have appeared to be a tough guy, those who knew him best saw the heart behind the strength. He loved deeply, gave freely, laughed often, and cared more than he sometimes let on. He was a man who left an impression—not because he sought recognition, but simply because of the way he lived.

Christopher was, in every sense, a man after God’s own heart.

His family will forever carry his love, his laughter, his lessons, and his faith with them. His absence leaves an immeasurable hole, but his life leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, faith, and love that will continue through everyone he touched.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church Wake Village on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

A private burial will take place at a later date.

Until we meet again, Chris.. You will be deeply loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
