John Eason

Reflection of Life 

John L. Eason was born on May 30, 1958 to the late John Henry and Bessie Lee Eason. He departed this life on July 11, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving wife. John was a hardworking devoted husband and father who provided and cared for his family. He dedicated long hours to his place of employment, Deltic Timber and Farm Waldo, AR and retired after 30 years. Afterwards, he enjoyed life with his family until his health declined.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Henry and Bessie Lee Eason, son Arthur Lee Johnson and sister Olie Mae Eason. 

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife Clementine Eason; three sons, Haywood Eason, Cleotis Johnson, and Darrin Johnson; one daughter, Paulette Melton; two sisters, Leanner Stewart and Bessie Jean Eason-Clay; one brother, John Eason Jr.; one son-in-law, Kenneth A. Melton; two daughter-in-laws, Mary Smith-Johnson and Faye Hampton-Johnson; one brother-in-law, Oran Clay; six grandchildren, Labella Johnson, Keishon Eason, Kleavis Johnson, Audrey Lora, Brianna Lora, and Keishari Eason; one great granddaughter, Zayiah Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Tri-State Cremation and Funeral Services.
