David Arthur McGuire, born on October 30, 1957 passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 at his home in Texarkana, TX with his wife Connie McGuire by his side. David is preceded in death by his parents Donald Robert McGuire, Elizabeth Mariann McGuire and June Reynolds. David leaves behind a legacy of love, adventure, and devotion.
David is survived by his wife Connie McGuire, daughters Danna DeVille and Deanna Davenport, brother Robert Lewis McGuire, sister Lizabeth Ann Segrest and many extended loving family members, including his beloved dog Scratch.
David found his greatest joy in the great outdoors. As an avid hunter and fisherman, David spent countless hours in nature, embracing the beauty of the outdoors with passion and skill. Whether casting a line in quiet waters or tracking game through the woods, he found peace and fulfillment in every expedition.
His powerful voice, keen sense of humor and dedication to family will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date to honor and remember the incredible man that David was.

Dave worked with my mother Tracey for many years at Tractor Supply. There was never a time I saw him without a smile on his face. He was a hard worker and always made time to stop and ask how my day was going and how my kids were. He will be missed dearly. Prayers for all family and friends during this difficult time.
