Obituary
Frank left this world on May 13, 2024, and was taken to the arms of Jesus in Heaven by angels. He was born on December 15, 1964, in Texarkana, Texas.
He is survived by his parents James "Jimmy" and Lavinia "Benny" Clingan, his brother Joe and wife Linda Clingan of Texarkana, Arkansas, his niece Caitlin, his daughter Kelsey, two grandchildren, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was a bricklayer and worked in the family business with his dad, his brother, and his grandfather for many years. He was a Baptist, a songwriter, played guitar, and sang with his band as a teen. He loved to hunt, fish, and go camping with his family and friends. He loved the Lord and his family very much and is now singing with the angels in Heaven!
