I am best friends with her daughter Sarah O’Rear. I loved Mary like a second mother, and I worked with her as well she helps me get my first job, she was supportive of mine and Sarah’s friendship and with them they are my safe haven as while. She was so sweet and caring over me as well I loved her very much I’m so grateful for her and one day we will meet her again in heaven and be happy all together with no pain hurt or sadness anymore. She will always live on in my heart and she will never be forgotten.. my prayers for everyone in this time of grief just know I’m here.

Ms Potter was good to everyone. I remember going into the Ez mart late at night in my younger wild days and I’ll never forget how she would give me food from the hotbox and tell me to take this and go eat. Don’t worry about paying I was gonna throw it out before you walked in. Lol she had her way of knowing what you needed and a kinder way helping you with out you realizing it. Back then I’d been lucky to afford a can drink and a corndog. Some nights she made it possible for me to get a bottle soda and save what little money I had just because of her kindness . She was a sweet lady and I hope her family finds peace and comfort.
