KATHY PRICE

Kathy Kay Price, a beloved member of the Murfreesboro community, departed this world on January 13, 2024, at the age of 63. Born on May 4, 1960, in Murfreesboro, Arkansas, Kathy was a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother whose presence touched the lives of many.

As we reflect on Kathy's life, we honor the memory of those who have gone before her. She now rests in eternal peace alongside her parents, Frieda Joy Gibson and Lindell Gibson and brother, Ricky Gibson.

Surviving her are son Kevin Gibson and daughter Tambra Price. Her love extended to her granddaughter, Alexia Wright, whom she adored. In addition, she is survived by her brother Bo Gibson and his wife Pam Gibson, as well as her sister Pat Jackson and Pat's husband Aaron Jackson.

Beyond her immediate family, Kathy leaves a legacy of love through her nieces Tanya Horn, Brandy Cox, Crystal Gibson, and niece Tisha Jackson, as well as nephews Bubba Jackson, Patrick Jackson, and David Jackson. 

Kathy Kay Price was a pillar of strength and compassion, embodying the values of community and kinship. Her warm spirit and unwavering love will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we bid farewell, let us remember Kathy with gratitude for the joy, laughter, and love she shared. May her soul find eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire kindness and connection among those she leaves behind.
