Obituary
Cathie Lou Adams Dagley peacefully departed this life on January 30th, 2025 at the age of 75. She was born on July 10, 1949 to Morris Ray Adams and Bettie Sue Sharp Adams. During her early childhood years, her family lived in Crandall but relocated to Forney in 1961. She graduated from Forney High School with the Class of 1967 and attended Henderson County Junior College. Cathie lived much of her life in East Texas; however, Cathie was excited to move back to Forney approximately 10 years ago. Eventually she moved to Texarkana to be closer to some of her family. Cathie loved people and easily made friends wherever she worked and lived. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Cathie is survived by her sons, Donald Paul Dagley (Paula) of Texarkana, Texas and Robert Dagley (Rosandra) of Rowlett, Texas; sisters, Mary Whitehurst (Bill) of Sadler, Texas and Jerra Herrin (James) of Rowlett, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A ceremony will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, February 22, 2025 in the Crandall Cemetery, 102 Trinity Road, Crandall, Texas 75114.
