Michael Edward Mason, born September 29, 1954, in McKinney, Texas, to Martha Ellen Phillips and Billy Joe Mason, passed away on January 1, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Brenda Mason Roberts. Mike is survived by his loving nephews, Tommy Medders and his wife Sheryl, along with their son Blake Medders, and Steven Roberts, son of Brenda and Walter Roberts.
Mike had a passion for life’s simple joys, including online backgammon, exploring his family’s genealogy, and searching for diamonds. Known for his skill and dedication, Mike worked as a machinist and handyman, leaving a lasting impression on many.
He will be remembered for his kindness, curiosity, and the friendships he formed both in-person and online.
