Mary Hines, born March 11, 1960, in Satartia, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, in New Boston, Texas, at the age of 64. Mary was a beloved partner, mother, sister, aunt, and friend who touched the lives of many with her kindness and warmth.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita Mae Hines and James Leafis Hines, both of New Boston, Texas; her daughter, Alicia Hines of Texarkana, Texas; her son, Michael Deupree of Paris, Texas; her sisters Shirley Jean Hines of DeKalb, Texas, and Hester Marie Hines of Texarkana, Texas; her brother, Walter Vidol Hines of New Boston, Texas; and her nephew, Shane V. Hines of Peyton, Colorado.
She is survived by her loving partner, James Fruend of New Boston, Texas; her daughter, Rebekah Tumblin and husband Justin of Texarkana, Texas; her sister, Wanda Ellis and husband David of Murfreesboro, Arkansas; and her cherished nieces and nephews: Amber and Kevin Martin of Maud, Texas; Mandy and Cody Bachmann of Murfreesboro, Arkansas; Wesley Hines of New Boston, Texas; and Jamie Kestler of New Boston, Texas.
Mary's life was a testament to love, resilience, and devotion to family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
