Barbara Easterling

Barbara "Bobbie" Sue Easterling, born November 17, 1957, in Indianapolis, IN, to Evar Sturehnburg and Donald Bias, passed away peacefully at her home on November 9, 2024. Barbara was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, remembered for her strength, humor, and love for her family.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Evar and Donald; her brothers, Steven Bias and Ricky Bias; her sister, Sheila Bias; her son, Ivan Ray Mills; her daughter, Crystal Dawn Mills; and her grandson, Remington Mills.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Easterling; her sons, Johnny Mills, Christopher Mills, Justin Mills, and Chad Mills; her bonus sons, BJ Easterling and Daniel Easterling; her brothers, Ronald Bias and Michael Bias; her sisters, Deborah Wicker and Carolyn Stringer; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Known for her passion for baking cakes, Barbara was also a spirited prankster, bringing laughter and joy to those around her. She was a woman of strong will and unwavering kindness, whose large heart touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
