On November 30th, 2023, Victor Lynn Dougan passed away at his residence in Hope, Arkansas. Born on September 10th, 1961, in Prescott, Arkansas, Victor spent his final moments surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Throughout his life, Victor enjoyed a lengthy and successful career as a truck driver, demonstrating unwavering dedication to his work and taking pride in his professional achievements. Beyond his career, he had a passion for racing, frequently attending drag races and dirt track events.
Victor's legacy extends beyond his professional accomplishments and hobbies; he will be fondly remembered for his kind-hearted and generous nature. Putting others before himself, he touched numerous lives with his selflessness. Wherever he went, Victor's warm smile and friendly demeanor created an inviting atmosphere.
Preceded in death by his father, Penny Dougan, Victor is survived by his mother, Joy Fielding, three daughters: Sheena Fralick, Kelly Crawford, and Shelly Allen. His love also included two sisters, two brothers, six grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life, and his girlfriend, Sherry Belasco.
Victor Lynn Dougan may no longer be with us, but the memories of his vibrant personality will forever remain in our hearts. May he rest in eternal peace.
