Connie Aileen Hyman Sellers, 68, of Texarkana, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2024. Born on April 21, 1956, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose greatest joy in life was her family.
Connie is preceded in death by her father and stepmother, Kenneth and Mary Hyman; her mother, Martha Hyman; her twin sister, Bonnie Hyman Ferguson; her daughter, Brittany Sellers; her grandson, Lukys Treadway; and her great-grandson, Isaiah Sellers.
She leaves behind a loving family, including her three daughters: Rebecca Edwards of Red Lick, Stephanie and Matt Arnold of Wake Village, and Patty and Dan McGuire of Queensbury, NY; her son, David Sellers, and his fiancée, Jennifer Ryther of Texarkana; as well as Jennifer and Nick Treadway of Queen City. Connie was a proud grandmother to 11 grandchildren: Matthew and Chelsea Sellers, Kyler and Emily Sellers, Breann and Sam Johnson, Jase Arnold, Brittann McGuire, Aiden Sellers, Mason Sellers, Landon Sellers, Lorelai Sellers, Alyx Treadway, and Jacie Treadway. She also cherished her eight great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy.
Connie’s kindness, resilience, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her.
