Jerry Long, born in Lynwood, California, on June 16, 1955, to Agnes and Crystal Long, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2024, in Texarkana, Texas.

Jerry was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Deborah Long, with whom he shared 50 wonderful years of marriage, a testament to their enduring love since they wed in 1973. Together, they built a life filled with love and laughter, raising three children: a daughter, Danielle, and two sons, Christopher and James. Jerry was also the proud grandfather of four grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.

Jerry's family extended beyond his immediate household. He is survived by his sister, Sharon, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will remember him with fondness.

Jerry will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of love, dedication, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
