Rosevelt Williams Jr

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Roosevelt Williams Jr.

Roosevelt was a loving man with a larger-than-life personality. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. He was very opinionated, never afraid to speak his mind, and anyone who knew him knew that he could be a true firecracker. He was headstrong, determined, and always unapologetically himself- but beneath that fire was a deeply loving and generous heart.

More than anything, Roosevelt loved, loved, loved his children and grandchildren. His family meant the world to him, and the love he had for them could be felt in everything he did. He was also someone who believed in helping others and never minded lending a hand to someone in need.

Although his formal education ended in the third grade, Roosevelt was an exceptionally brilliant and resourceful man. He was full of wisdom, creativity, and ideas, and he possessed a natural intelligence that could never be measured by a classroom or a diploma. Through hard work, determination, and strength, he built a life for himself and proudly retired from Frito-Lay.

Roosevelt Williams Jr. was strong, outspoken, intelligent, generous, and full of life. He may have been a firecracker, but he was our firecracker- and behind every strong opinion was a man who loved his family with his whole heart.

His voice, wisdom, humor, and unforgettable personality will be deeply missed. The love he gave us, the lessons he taught us, and the memories we shared with him will remain in our hearts forever.
