Obituary
David Eugene Phillips, born August 27, 1955, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on the morning of August 31, 2026. He was a proud Navy Veteran and retired from Texarkana Independent School District.
David is preceded in death by his father Eugene Phillips, his mother Joanne Phillips, and one brother Ricky Phillips. David will be missed by his uncles, aunts, and many cousins.
Entrusted to the care of Tri-State Cremation and Funeral Services, where arrangements were made with the utmost respect and dignity.
Though David’s life journey has ended, his memory lives on with those who knew and loved him.
