Billy Sanders

Billy Sanders, age 53, of De Queen, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026. Born on January 24, 1973, in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the beloved son of Donna Collins Sanders and Alton Sanders Jr.

Billy was involved in the Special Olympics where he won multiple gold medals for bowling. He loved batman and spiderman and "The Dukes of Hazard".

Everyone that met him immediately fell in love. He had a smile that could melt your heart. And a laugh that was contagious. His family and friends meant everything to him.

He is survived by his Uncles and Aunts, Bobby Collins and wife Lisa Collins, Robert Collins, Lindy Collins, Tina Harrington, Jesse Sanders and wife Sandy, Teresa Sanders. And a slew of cousins.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Alton Sanders, Jr. and mother Donna Collins Sanders. Two infant sisters.

Maternal grandparents L.B. Collins and Sadie Oakes Collins. Paternal grandparents Alton Sanders, Sr and Lavelle Sanders.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Tri-State Cremation and Funeral Services.
