Lewis Gibson

Lewis 'Buddy' was my older cousin by almost 4 years. Since he was mature and wise, :-) I could tell his country cousins amused him at times. I last saw Buddy at a wedding in NYC. My mother, Mavis and I had travelled to the Big Apple for the celebration. Buddy was in high spirits as he always enjoyed being with family. Buddy's parents, Lewis Sr and Celia, and their children, were warm and welcoming wherever our gatherings took place. We cherished them through the years and across the miles. When I was a child Lewis ‘Buddy’ would come to Tennessee to visit Grandmother Gibson and our family. I thought he was a cool cousin. :) In more recent years I have enjoyed the family stories he has shared with me. It was obvious that he loved his family dearly. I know he is happy to be reunited!
