Obituary

Steven Malachi Parker

Steven Malachi Parker, 18, of Maud, Texas, passed away on November 25, 2025. Born on October 8, 2007, Steven brought laughter, energy, and a whole lot of heart to everyone lucky enough to know him.

Steven was the beloved son of Amanda Harvin and the late Steven Patrick Parker. He was a devoted brother to his twin sister, Cadence K. Parker, and to Willow Drumm. He was deeply loved by his grandparents—Ann Murphy and Michael Burton, Angela Latham, and Steven and Nancy Parker; who cherished every moment spent with him.

Steven had a spirit full of adventure and joy. He loved playing on his PlayStation, conquering games with the same determination he brought to everyday life. Theme parks were one of his favorite places—he never met a thrill ride he didn’t want to try—and haunted houses were even better. He adored hanging out with his grandmother and grandfathers, and he especially loved watching WWE, always cheering on his favorite wrestler, Brock Lesner.

Steven was preceded in death by his father, Steven P. Parker, and is survived by his mother, Amanda; his sisters, Cadence and Willow; and his grandparents, who will forever treasure his memory.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Church, located at 220 S Pecan St, Nash, TX 75569 Thursday, December 4th at 11:00 am

A second memorial service will be held at Word of Faith Church, located at 7763 Hwy 67 West, Simms, TX 75574, with Pastor Richard White officiating the service on Friday, December 5th at 10:00 a.m.

His ashes will be laid to rest at Chapelwood Cemetery at a date to be announced later.

Steven will be remembered for his humor, his kindness, and the way he made every room brighter just by being in it. His time here was far too short, but the love he shared will continue to shine through the family and friends he leaves behind.
