Cindy Hanson

Cindy Kay Hanson, 64, of Texarkana AR, went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 24, 2025. She was in a Little Rock hospital surrounded by her family. Cindy was born September 11, 1961 to Harold Jr and Martha Hanson. Her greatest joy was becoming a mom to Krista and Cody and a Nonnie to her grandchildren. Cindy will be remembered for her ever present smile no matter the circumstances. Cindy’s smile brightened the room. Her smile was amazing, touched your heart and made you happy to have known her.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Harold Jr and Martha Hanson, grandparents Harold Sr and Ruby Hanson, Stella and Void Wormington, and Hazel Hoot. Uncle and Aunt W.T. and Laura Wormington as well as the love of her life Donald Lee Reeves.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son in law Krista and Jared Cox and son Cody Wright as well as Lyndsey Reeves. Grandchildren Chloe Wright Brown, Zaleigh Cox, Hunter Flores and Cindi Wright. Brother and sister in law Tandy and Glenda Hanson, nephews John (Kayla) Hanson, David (Hailey) Hanson, and Steven Hanson. Uncle Rosco (Debra) Hanson, Aunt Maxine (Larry) Sumner, and Aunt Ann Hanson as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Rondo Community Church, 2335 North Rondo Road, Texarkana AR on Tuesday December 9 with Bro Josh Mudford and Dr. Tandy Hanson officiating.

Visitation will be at 11:00 am at the church with memorial service to follow at 12:00 pm.
