Obituary
Doris Marie Hammac passed away at her home on Saturday, March 23, 2024, in Leary, Tx.
Doris was born on January 25, 1952 in Galion, Ohio. She was 72 years old.
When she was able, she enjoyed sewing, quilting blankets, canning, reupholstering furniture,
and collecting antiques. She owned a small restaurant in Queen City Tx earlier in life. She loved
her family and her neighbors. One of her greatest joys was when her grandkids would bring her
grandbabies over to visit and play at “Nannies” house.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Eusey father, and Wilhelmina (Minnie)
Eusey mother, four brothers, Robert (Wimp), Mike (Mikey), Raymond Jr. (Jr), Dickey, as well as
five sisters, Joann, Shirley, Peggy, Susie, and Thelma.
She is survived by three children, Larry Mollette of Lima, Ohio. Kim and Jeff Reich of Texarkana,
Tx, and Kerry and Brannon Adcock of Queen City, Tx. Five grandchildren, Taylor Castle of
Fayetteville, Ar. Tyler Castle of Texarkana, Tx. Ashtyn and Brady Ridge of Leary, Tx. Lara
Mollette and Joash Mollette of Lima, Ohio. Four great grandchildren Jaxson Clements, Layne
Ridge, Camden Castle, and Brody Ridge. Two brothers and one sister, Billy and Gloria Eusey of
Mansfield, Ohio, Teddy Eusey of Galion, Ohio, Barbie (Buckwheat) Noggle of Galion, Ohio.
Also, her first granddaughter Kasey Harris and son in law Tony Butler. Honorable mentions are
Brooke and Dylan Wells, Frank and Shannon Bower, Tisha Robinson, Ashley Graves, as well as
Adrian, Braley, Patrina of PrimeCare, and Dr. Jeff Thomas.

I will always cherish my childhood memories with “Aunt” Doris. She had an ear just for me when I needed one. I loved hanging out with my Cuz Kim and even the lil twins. :). I was so happy when everyone followed Papa to Texarkana. My heart and prayers go out to all the family.

I did not know your Mom, yet I felt like I did. I’m Tisha’s Mama, and she sure did love your Mom and family. I’m sorry you guys are having to walk through this valley. Earth’s Loss is Heaven’s Gain. Praying for each of you.

I loved Doris with all my heart. And I know she loved me as well. We enjoyed talking about life and watching movies together. I’ll miss her telling me every scene that was about to happen. The love she had for her children and grandchildren shined in her eyes with every story she told me about them. She had the most beautiful heart of anyone I’ve ever known but that also came with her spunky attitude when she was picking on me. She will be deeply missed. My prayers and love go out to all of her family. May God comfort you with the loss of your mom, and Nanny.
