Robert Beasely

Robert Earl Beasley Sr., 85, of Texarkana, passed away on October 26, 2025. He was born on September 29, 1940, and was a proud graduate of Dunbar High School. Robert worked for many years at Texana Tank Car, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.

He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Renea Beasley; daughter, Anita Beasley; son, Robert Beasley Jr. and wife Kristina; stepson, Eric Strickland Jr.; and stepdaughter, Chante Strickland. He also leaves behind twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. His surviving siblings include Joe Scott and Ralph and Brenda Beasley Jr.

Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Latoya Beasley; his parents, Ralph Beasley Sr. and Luvenia Beasley; brothers, Wilbert, Charles, James, and Ellis Beasley; and sisters, Betty, Margie, and Naomi Beasley.

He will be remembered for his kindness, his love for family, and the many lives he touched. Robert leaves behind a legacy of strength, love, and faith that will continue through his family, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at the Mt. Zion Church at 11:00 AM, with Bishop Samuel Evans.

Arrangements are entrusted to Tri-State Cremation and Funeral Services of Texarkana.
