William Brashear

In loving memory of William Brashear, beloved son of Elbert Lee Brashear and Virginia Ruth Henry, who peacefully departed from this world on the 26 th of August, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on the 9 th of May, 1951, William leaves behind a legacy of unwavering strength, kindness , and wisdom. His love and devotion knew no bounds, especially when it came to his family.

William was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a cherished grandfather. His wisdom and guidance will forever echo in the hearts of his descendants, leaving them with a legacy of resilience and love.

William was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and five brothers.

He is survived by his younger brother Willie Brashear and wife Mary. William leaves behind his three children: sons, Andy Brashear, Bill Brashear, and his daughter Jennifer King; grandchildren, Karrie Newton, Kynzie Reaves, Kameron Reaves, Haleigh Rogers, Aaren Brashear, Alise Cox, and Brooklyn Montoya; and 8 great grandchildren.

As we mourn the loss of William Brashear, we take solace in the knowledge that his spirit will live on forever in the memories we hold dear. His legacy of love, compassion, and strength will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

May he rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love and light that he brought into the world. Farewell, dear William, your memory will forever be cherished in our hearts.
