It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Tron Ryan, 36, of Redwater, Texas. Born on January 1, 1989, Tron passed away on April 21, 2025, from an unknown cause. He brought joy and laughter into the lives of everyone he knew. With many interests and talents, he approached life with passion and a free spirit. His big, dimpled smile was contagious to all around him.
Tron was born to his mother, Belinda Hastings Clark of Redwater, Texas, and was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Ryan of Knoxville, Tennessee. He was a beloved member of a large and close-knit family. He leaves behind his sister, Stephanie Ryan of Redwater, Texas, and his nephews, Andrew Bates and Ryan Wade Tullos. Later in life, he was blessed with the addition of his mother’s fiancé, Aaron Flinchum, and two more sisters, Taylor Flinchum and Tori Flinchum Rauch. He is also survived by his grandmother, Joyce Walraven; and aunts and uncles Tonya Brooks of Hope, Arkansas; Connie Buchannan of Simms, Texas; Gayle and Ben Hearn of Mount Enterprise, Texas; Kenneth and Gay Hastings of Hooks, Texas; and Dwayne and Debbie Hastings of Annona, Texas.
Tron cherished each family member deeply, building special and personal bonds with each of them. His uncle Kenneth held a particularly special place in his heart, serving as a role model whom Tron admired for his strength, work ethic, and perseverance. He also shared cherished memories with his many cousins: Coy Blake Fisk, Wesley Fisk, Joseph and Randy Hastings, Billy and Regina Glass, Justin Smith, Kristy Smith White, and David Shane Hastings Spencer.
Tron was a man of many passions, but his greatest loves were cars and music. He had an endless curiosity for how things worked. A proud member of the National Honor Society, he was known for tutoring his peers and later became an alumnus of Redwater High School and Kilgore College.
He will be remembered for his huge heart, his ability to lift spirits, and his protective nature toward those he loved. Tron touched countless lives with his kindness and his willingness to help anyone in need. His memory will be forever treasured by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made toward funeral services. Contributions can be made at https://everloved.com/life-of/tron-ryan/donate/.
