Steven Greenwood

Steven (Steve) Greenwood 74 left to be with the Lord on June 11, 2023, in Glenwood, Arkansas. Steve was born August 24, 1948, to Eugene and Anna Dean Sisk Greenwood in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He grew up in Spiro, Oklahoma and later served in the United States Army as a light truck driver and his love for driving a truck was born. When he was discharged from the Army, he started driving a truck and retired after 40 plus years. Steve is preceded in death by his mother and father, Eugene and Anna Sisk Greenwood and his daughter Jackie Lynn Hall. He leaves to cherish his memory daughters, Kelly (Robert) Marshall and Amanda (Mandy) Greenwood all of Poteau, Oklahoma. One brother Eugene (Edith) Greenwood of Prescott, AR, his four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Steve never met a stranger, and he will be missed by those who knew and loved him. A graveside service will be held at Liberty Cemetery on Nevada County Road 249, Prescott, AR on July 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM with Brother Jimmy Anderson officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Nightingale at Glenwood Activity Fund, 615 Mountain View Road, Glenwood, AR 71943. While Steve lived in the facility, he always enjoyed all the activities they had available.
