Regina Ann Dillow October 4, 1958-May 3, 2023 Regina Ann Dillow of Texarkana, Tx parted from us on Wednesday May 3, 2023 at age 64. Regina was born on October 4, 1958 in Dallas, Tx. As a child she lived in places all over, such as Morocco Africa, New Jersey, San Antonio, Tx, Germany, and Marshall, Tx. Her family eventually settled in Maud, Tx where she went to highschool and was an avid athlete. After she graduated, she enlisted in the U.S. Air force until she was medically discharged. She married Charles Dillow on December 12, 1984. She loved music, fishing and camping with her sons, and a good word puzzle. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Kaylene Speights, her biological father Charles Piland, her sister Angela Kay, her brother in law Bob Shaw, and her husband Charles Dillow. She is survived by her daughter Leslie McQuinn and son in law Danny of Hooks, Tx, her son Alex Bell of Texarkana, Ar, her son Robert (Bobby) Bell and daughter in law Brianne of Fouke, Ar, her 3 granddaughters Hailey Autrey, Meagan Autrey, and Jessica Autrey all of Hooks, Tx, her great grandson Tucker Sharp, her sister Vickie Shaw of Wake Village, Tx, her brothers Michael Speights of Palestine, Tx and Charles (Sonny) Speights of Maud, Tx, and 9 nieces and nephews.
