Barbara Ford-Lacy

Our beloved Mother and Grandmother, Barbara J Ford-Lacy, aged 76 of Hope AR. Passed into the arms of our Lord and Savior on August 9, 2023. She joined the Women’s Army Corps in 1976 of which she was extremely proud. She proudly served our country attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant after nearly 18 years in the United States Army. Tours of duty included Operation Desert Storm and Kuwait Liberation. She is preceded in death by her parents Fredrick B. and Betty J. Warner, husband/dear friend Edward L. Lacy and sister Carol Hill and son Tremain Lacy. She is survived by her sister Pam Zugelder (Frank), brother Steven Warner, daughters Sheila .M Ballard (John) and Michelle R. Ford and Edward L. Lacy’s children Pamela Lacy, Lanail Ford, Cheryl Ballard, Chadwick lacy (Shelia) and Tracy Ford along with grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Barbara will forever be remembered for her enduring love and devotion to her family, friends, and country.
